Honest and caring staff; very reasonable pricing, highly recommended
The Dr. was actually very thorough and the people were generally nice, but the billing is terrible. Everyone knows that vets over-charge and that they try to get you to pay more than you need to - they know we love our dogs and cats so they take advantage of that. these guys tried to hide fees, though and were waaaaay over the top. Don't they know that people are struggling? I tried to dispute the fees so they tok a few off, then I got a new bill with brand new charges that they forgot to add on to the original bill I disputed. Total con-artists. Will never use them again.
