The staff is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The versa pro spray is killer!!!
Awful. Misleading advertising, rude front desk personnel. Their website advertises $10 spray tans for high school students, but does not specify all information needed prior to arrival. Misleading advertising to consumers, legal action should be taken. When called in advance their employees give conflicting info, so clearly their own employees don't even know their own rules.

I have been coming to iTan in Poway for almost 6 years. The ladies that work there are great, but I have one complaint. Of the many times I have come into iTan in Poway I have had to wait for a bed to be cleaned. I would say 9 out of ten times I wait. For that I do not understand as there is usually no customers when I come in and two or more girls working the front desk just chatting it up. Come on girls you are getting paid to work not just socialize.
I think Itan is the best salon of its kind and all the employees are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable....at all the locations! I highly recommend to relax and enjoy the services at the spas as you improve your appearance.
