After exclaiming that I had done nothing illegally, (you think?!?!), I asked for his name and badge number because I knew he wasn't gonna offer it-(Holliday-0350).

I asked him if he was a public servant and he declined to answer yes or no, because he doesn't believe he is.

I recently received a fix-it ticket (no front license plate) that I need to get signed. I called to see if they can sign it at this location. They can, but only between the hours of 8am and 5pm.

Some pig shows up at my door never announcing what department he was with, name, badge number-NOTHING-and why he was at the door but immediately asked for me!

pray to god you never need these ppl to show up fast.....3 hours and waiting

He has been on the force over 20 yrs! What does that tell you?

The next day they apologized by calling the police on me because I had drawn my firearm.

He then went on to dictate my responsibilities to me for using my firearm (he called it a weapon) in my home. Not very service oriented in any way!

I called the day after the sheriff was at my door and, after at least a 9 minute wait was told "There is no trespass", by "Sgt. Phillips" which I am now finding out is false-not surprised. He also told me there was no disorderly and that disorderly is dependent on how it is perceived. Well, not according to Ca. laws! I'm almost certain there is some kind of charge for the destructive behavior of the dogs as well.

It's worth mentioning that the man who picked up the phone was exceptionally and unnecessarily rude when he gave me this information. He also hung up abruptly. If his behavior / attitude is any way representative of all the San Diego police department at large, I'll continually vote for pension cuts and I'm a pretty hardcore supporter of public service.

Very nice folks helped set up two tours for cub scouts and when I needed them a couple years ago they were responsive and took care of business.

So because I have thug neighbors I have to now incorporate a massively corrupt sheriff department in my life to begin my case.

Neighbor's house was burglarized. They arrived quickly and did their job well. The officer we talked with and gave statements to was extremely friendly. Police officers are not to be taken for granted-they are there to protect the community and are risking so much every day for our safety.

I don't know what the statue of limitations is but I am now gonna formally do whatever I can to file a charge against my worthless ghetto neighbors for trespassing. There is nothing suggesting they will never do it, or try it again.

Police of San Diego, you may have more important things to take care of than my license plate ticket, but you still serve the public good. Being polite and friendly especially to ordinary / voting citizens goes a long way towards your perception. Never forget that.

A few days ago our home was trespassed by 2 females (1 adult-1 kid) to retrieve their dog that had, been attacking our leashed dog, while my roommate was entering the home after walking her dog. These people constantly do this. They also entered my home under aim of my gun! Their intentions were to create a nuisance and do whatever the hell they wanted to do inside my residence! The dog attack is also a crime. This is at least the third time our leashed dog has been attacked by them.
