UPDATE 10-17-2017 - Called from a different phone as Tim Dooley Blocked my phone numbers and he still will not refund my money.
I went to get my rings sized and fixed here. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate his honesty and helpfulness. He's gained a lifetime customer.
UPDATE 10-19-2017. Tried calling Tim but he still has all my numbers blocked.
Called from a different line and Tim said "he could not hear me" and then hung up on me!!!! Now the phone is off the hook.
THIS GUY IS A THIEF> DO NOT LET THIS GUY WORK ON YOUR TREASURES. Below is a picture of the hack job his "watch Repair guy" put too much glue on the movement. In simple terms they glued the movement.
Tim will not give me my money back even after showing him a photo of excess glue on my watch movement. After sending Tim a photo of my ruined Tag movement, he refuses to pay me for the new movement.
Closed at 3:30 when hours say 5:30. Told me to come back the next day. LOL.
After many attempts to call Tim Dooley, I went to his store and asked him politely for my refund. He actually called the police!
Stay away from this thief.
UPDATE: One month later he hangs up the phone on me! He still will not pay me for his mistake!
Gave my Tag Heuer to Tim and Tim chose to send it to a hack. They broke it, and then Tim Dooley offered to give it back to me after much haggling and it still does not work. After asking Tim Dooley again to fix my Tag he replied, take me to court!!!! I just had my Tag repaired at a true watch repair professional in Los Gatos. He actually had to replace my entire movement.
Amazing man.He takes the time to.make sure you are satisfied with what you need and want and will do what he can. He is a very honest man.couldnt be happier

After telling Tim that I would be stopping in with my ruined Tag Movement he told me no, I then explained that I would keep putting bad reviews up he said "ok keep going" and slammed the phone on me.
